As a lead for The 2020 Black History Month Campaign, my responsibility was to risk assess existing content for Crown Royal, develop solutions, and create new tweets for the month of February. I also community managed on Twitter to ensure that culturally aware and relevant “#BlackRoyalty” responses were used to interact with CR’s following.
